We appreciate that needs may arise for canceling a service after paying and understand that things can change which might ask you to cancel the service you sought. The following Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for refunds and cancellations.

Once payment is received, if cancellation is seeked within 24 hours a 100% refund may be made subject to the payment of appropriate scaling down and third party charges.
If you have paid any government or third party fees on your behalf, none of these fees will not be refunded, instead in case of government fees payment, we would provide you the payment receipt.
Cancellation within 24 hours and 7 days
When cancelled more than 24 hours after payment but within 7 days, this may incur a 20% administrative, documentation and processing fee which will reduce the refund amount that is eligible for payment.
As a result, up to 80% may be available as a refund, depending on the work that has already been accomplished, and any charge, cannot be refunded.
Cancellation After 7 Days
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days after payment– a prorate system may be implemented, depending on:
Work already completed
Stage of the application
Time spent by professionals
Documentation and processing carried out
Third party fees paid (government or third party)
Final refunds will be given based on reviews of specific service and work provided.
Government Fees
Government charges paid form a part of your expenses cannot be refunded. This does not apply if an application later is withdrawn, rejected, objected or otherwise not completed.
If applicable then there may be a receipt for payment or acknowledgement provided to the client.
Completed Services
If a service or a significant portion of service is rendered, the fee paid for a service may not be refundable.
The applicants may consequently not be eligible for a complete refund if they have already prepared, submitted or processed the application for a trademark.
Trademark Registration Outcome
Hiring a professional does not guarantee successful trademark registration. The relevant authority can examine an application and give it an objection, oppose or reject it. A result of this does not necessarily mean that payments for professional and/or government fees for which you have already been charged will be reimbursed.

Why the request is being made
The date of receipt of the written request (e-mail) will be deemed as date of the cancellation intimation.
